University of Chicago
National College Match Application Requirements
for College Match Finalists

Special Note: UChicago has extended their submission deadline for the Common Application & UChicago supplement to Friday, November 8. QuestBridge finalists should submit these materials preferably before November 4th but no later than November 8th. Click here for more details about the extended deadline.

If you have ranked the University of Chicago as one of your choices for the QuestBridge National College Match, the following Application and Financial Aid materials must be submitted to the college as soon as you are notified of your finalist status on October 22. Due to amount of supplementary application materials required for the University of Chicago, it is highly recommended that you begin this process in early October.

  • The deadline to submit these requirements is November 4, 2013.
  • If you do not submit the required materials by November 4, 2013, the University of Chicago may choose not to consider your application for the College Match.
  • If you are not selected as a National College Match Finalist, please review the college-specific requirements for QuestBridge students who wish to apply through the Regular Decision process.
  • Please note: If you ranked UChicago for the College Match, but are not matched at UChicago or another binding institution, you will automatically receive an Early Action admission decision.

If there are any additional questions please refer to the FAQ for QuestBridge Students Applying to the University of Chicago.
