During “tap night” in the fall, huge crowds gather on Old Campus to watch as singing group serenade freshmen and then induct them into their groups.

Every semester at the beginning of exams, a student comedy group runs naked through the library and gives candy to students.

Upon graduation, each Yale student is given their own clay pipe to smoke. Tradition dictates smoking it after the graduation ceremony and then stomping on it.
