For high school students applying to the National College Match in 2010

Scholarship Details

These numbers are based on costs for the 2010-2011 school year. Amounts will change slightly from year to year, but as the cost of college increases, the scholarship packages will correspondingly increase.

Outside Scholarships
Outside scholarships will first reduce Federal Work-Study and then the summer work contribution. Scholarships over $4,600 will reduce the Northwestern grant, dollar for dollar.

Health Insurance
Northwestern requires all students to have health insurance. If the student is not covered by a parental plan, the Northwestern grant will be increased to cover the amount of health insurance.

Other Details
The allowance for travel will vary based upon the student's permanent address.

Students must maintain full time student status and remain academically eligible to receive this award.
