Outside Scholarships

Health Insurance
Scripps requires all students to have health insurance, either through their parents or another plan. If the student is not covered by a parental plan, the Scripps grant will be increased to cover the cost of a Scripps student health plan.

Other Details
The student summer work contribution will be approximately $1,200 but may vary slightly from year to year.

When distance necessitates, some additional scholarship funds may be available to cover travel costs.

Costs for the 2011-12 academic year will be finalized in Spring 2011. Any increases in costs will be covered with additional scholarship or grant assistance.
