|College Match Required Application and Financial Aid Materials|
|1.||The Common Application with Dartmouth Writing Supplement, and all supporting documents||Submit along with official transcripts, Secondary School Report, and two teacher recommendations.
Select the "Regular Decision" option on the Common Application (not "Early Decision").
Once you choose Dartmouth College in the “My Colleges” section on the Common Application, in the “Questions” section, respond to the third question, regarding a Dartmouth fee waiver, by selecting the option which reads: I qualify for a Dartmouth pre-approved fee waiver. There are no additional requirements or documentation required for the fee waiver.

Request official scores from the College Board and/or ACT as soon as you are notified that you are a Finalist. Do NOT use the rush reporting service.
Dartmouth requires either the SAT and 2 SAT Subject Tests or the ACT Plus Writing and 2 SAT Subject Tests.
2015-2016 CSS/Financial Aid PROFILE
If your parents own a business or farm:

Signed, with all schedules, attachments, W-2 forms and other earning statements. Include personal and corporate partnership tax returns. Submit directly to Dartmouth using this cover sheet.
Mail or fax to the Financial Aid Office (see contact info in Additional Info below).
|Early Decision||Finalists who do not match cannot apply for admission through Early Decision to Dartmouth, but may be offered the option of receiving an Early Decision admissions decision. Eligible applicants will receive an email in early December with more details and instructions.
All Finalists who ranked Dartmouth but did not match will be automatically considered in the Regular Decision process, unless you opt to receive an Early Decision admissions decision.
|Regular Decision||All Finalists who rank Dartmouth for the College Match, but did not match to a binding college will automatically have their applications moved into the Regular Decision process, unless you opt to receive an Early Decision admissions decision. Please submit only your Mid-Year Report and any relevant updates.
If you no longer wish to be considered, you must contact the Admissions Office to withdraw your application (see contact info in Additional Info below).

Remember to select Dartmouth on the Regular Decision Form through your QuestBridge account from December 1-11. Only check this off if you fully intend to submit a complete application to Dartmouth (see requirements below).
