National College Match Requirements for:
Finalists who rank Oberlin College

Deadline: November 1st
Please submit these materials as soon as you are notified you are a Finalist.

College Match Required Application and Financial Aid Materials
1. Official Test Scores

SAT code: 1587
ACT code: 3304

Request official scores from the College Board and/or ACT as soon as you are notified that you are a Finalist. Do NOT use the rush reporting service.

Oberlin requires the SAT or the ACT Plus Writing.

Applicants enrolled in a home school curriculum must take 2 additional SAT Subject Tests or ACT Plus Writing.

2. Official Transcripts

The transcript must include a 12th grade course schedule.

Mail to the Admissions Office (see contact info in Additional Info below).

2015-2016 CSS/Financial Aid PROFILE

If your parents own a business or farm:

  • Submit the CSS Financial Aid/PROFILE Business/Farm Supplement.


If your parents are divorced or separated:

  • Your noncustodial parent must submit the online Noncustodial PROFILE using the login ID and password that will be emailed to you when you complete the CSS/Financial Aid PROFILE.
  • Your noncustodial parent must also submit copies of their 2013 federal tax returns with all schedules, attachments, W-2 Forms, and other earnings statements. Submit directly to Oberlin using this cover sheet.
  • If you do not have any contact with your noncustodial parent, then you may submit a request to waive the requirement of their financial information. Download the Noncustodial Parent Waiver Petition.
4. A copy of your parents’ 2013 federal income tax returns

Signed, with all schedules, attachments, W-2 forms and other earning statements. Include personal and corporate partnership tax returns.

Mail or fax to the Office of Financial Aid (see contact info in Additional Info below).
