Erin Buchholtz
Rosalia, Washington

Princeton University, Class of 2011

Erin Buchholtz hails from the tiny farming town of Rosalia, Washington. Despite its small size, her school, Rosalia High School, provides many opportunities for academic and extracurricular advancement. Erin has been involved with the basketball and track teams, as well as the FFA Organization, Future Business Leaders of America, and National Honor Society. One of her favorite activities is working with the Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership Program, a program that focuses on service and leadership. She attended an inspiring seminar as a sophomore, and has spent numerous hours since volunteering with the program. She looks forward to the diverse and challenging atmosphere of Princeton University; although she plans to pursue a major in the natural science field, she is open to other possibilities in the future.
