Student Relations, Program Coordinator

QuestBridge is looking for an energetic Program Coordinator for the Student Relations - Recruitment team who will directly contribute to the mission of our organization. This position will provide support for all efforts across the Student Relations team including recruitment and retention for our high school programs, the National College Match and the College Prep Scholars Program. This individual will be responsible for handling the team’s administrative tasks, coordinating logistics, working with external vendors, and providing prompt communications to student applicants and their constituents, including but not limited to parents and educators. 

Responsibilities

  • Perform team’s administrative tasks and maintain records and tracking systems.
  • Coordinate logistics for student mailings, awards, and reimbursements within team and with external vendors.
  • Communicate with students, parents, and educators via phone and email – answer questions about QuestBridge programs and help students through the National College Match and College Prep Scholars Program application processes.
  • Assist with production of outreach communications (print mail, email, social media, and webinars) to current and potential partner organizations, educators, and students.
  • Catalog and maintain teams’ print mailing supplies.
  • Assist with other administrative and miscellaneous tasks as needed.
  • Attend and staff our National College Admissions Conferences and other events as required.
  • Read and evaluate student applications for the College Prep Scholars Program, National College Match, and other various opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • High level of independence, resourcefulness, and organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an orientation towards customer service.
  • Effective time management and multi-tasking skills with ability to prioritize.
  • High quality standards with excellent eye for detail.
  • Experience handling sensitive personal information and situations with professionalism.
  • Comfortable with new technology and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Hours, Duration, and Location of Work

This is a full-time position. QuestBridge’s office is in Palo Alto, CA, next to shopping, restaurants, Caltrain, and additional transportation.
