To create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for every member of our community, Scholars and Alumni agree to uphold the following norms at QuestBridge events and on the QB Hub: 

• We respect and encourage each others’ thoughts, perspectives, and goals.
• We take space and make space, sharing airtime.
• We assume positive intent on the part of fellow participants, while owning the impact of our words and actions.
• We honor confidentiality. Personal information shared by your fellow Scholars or Alumni – whether in conversation or in writing – should be kept private. 
• We interact on virtual platforms at our own comfort level. Turning on your video or microphone during virtual events is encouraged, but not required.
• We agree not to publicly share and/or distribute screenshots of slides, event activity, message threads, and other virtual experiences facilitated by QuestBridge.
• We have zero tolerance for any form of discrimination or harassment. If you experience harassment or other unacceptable behavior, we ask that you inform QB Staff so that appropriate action can be taken.
