"I give QuestBridge permission to share my biographical and academic information, photograph, and application (including all supporting materials) and award status at its discretion, and to use that information for publicity and promotional purposes if I become a Finalist, except to the extent prohibited by law. Within this context, QuestBridge will never share the confidential specifics of my application, such as household income, citizenship status, or other such personal details. If I no longer agree to this statement, I will promptly contact QuestBridge in writing to revoke this permission."

Under this permission, QuestBridge may share your application or award status, including but not limited to:

• Your Name
• Your City
• Your State
• High School Name
• High School City
• High School State

This information may be shared with constituents including but not limited to:

• Educators
• Press
• Organizations

Please keep in mind that QuestBridge will never share confidential details about your application. If your preference has changed and you would no longer like to have the status of your application shared, please complete the Opt Out Form by Sunday, April 21, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time to let us know.
