FAQs
Who is eligible for this program?
Generally, QuestBridge Scholars currently enrolled at a college partner are eligible to apply. Specific eligibility requirements (graduation year, major, etc.) may vary by available opportunities. More information will be provided when the application opens.
Please note: QuestBridge is limited to facilitating paid professional experiences for those who are legally able to work in the U.S.
What if I have other summer obligations (e.g. classes, volunteer work, travel, etc.)?
These are full-time professional experiences that generally last between 6 and 12 weeks. Most offerings will require 40 hours of work per week and may offer a hybrid (in-person and remote) work environment. If you are unable to work approximately 40 hours per week for 6 - 12 consecutive weeks, you may want to consider exploring other opportunities.
We encourage you to discuss any known summer obligations (vacations, orientations, moves, etc.) with recruiters/Human Resource (HR) contacts as you move through the interview process at a particular company.
Where will these summer professional experiences take place?
QuestBridge’s company partners offer experiences in a variety of locations, including the potential for in-person, hybrid, and remote work. Many companies offer housing/relocation assistance to mitigate barriers associated with moving.
How will I know if I have been selected to apply to a company?
Companies will extend invitations to select Scholars via email to apply to specific roles.
How will I know if I have been invited to interview at a company?
Company representatives will reach out to select Scholars via email.
When will I know if I have received an offer?
Companies will extend offers before the end of December. If you do not hear from a company representative within that time frame regarding an offer, you should continue to explore other professional opportunities.
How will QuestBridge support me in this process?
We encourage you to check out some of the resources available. QuestBridge will offer information sessions to learn more about company partners and Staff are available to connect with Scholars one-on-one.
