QuestBridge Scholars Network at Brown

The Brown University QSN Chapter provides a welcoming and supportive community for its members. QuestBridge Scholars can engage in chapter activities, apply for leadership positions, and participate in opportunities offered nationwide through QuestBridge, including access to QuestBridge Alumni Association resources.

Founded in 2009, the Brown QSN Chapter focuses on mentorship, social activities, and service opportunities. In past years, the chapter has offered career preparation sessions through internship and grad school panels, and bi-weekly study sessions sponsored by the Social Committee, with dinner and discussion pertaining to monthly themes.

Dedicated to building a strong community and support network, the Brown QSN Chapter has hosted fun events such as a FLIP-Giving (First-Generation Low-Income Partnership Thanksgiving) weekend, which included a Thanksgiving dinner, game night, storytime, and activities off-campus for those who remained at Brown over the break. In addition, there are always opportunities for underclassmen to get involved in chapter leadership and initiatives. Each year, newly appointed chapter leaders and Executive Board members work together to plan new programming to ensure chapter members feel welcomed and engaged.
