Finalists who rank Case Western Reserve
If you are a Finalist who ranked Case Western Reserve, your National College Match application will be sent to Case Western Reserve, and you will need to submit the following requirements to the school by November 1. If you have questions after reviewing the information below, please reach out to the school directly.

Case Western Reserve University Applicant Portal Activation: QuestBridge will send Finalists’ applications to Case Western Reserve on October 18, and Case Western Reserve may need a couple days to import them into their system. Once processed, Case Western Reserve will then email you instructions to log in and activate your applicant portal, where you can track the status of the materials you submit to Case Western Reserve. |

CWRU Questbridge Supplement |
Once you have activated your CWRU Applicant Portal, you will be able to access the CWRU Questbridge Supplement. This short form will ask you questions specific to your CWRU application, including your intended CWRU major and your test optional status. |

Case Western Reserve University is a test optional institution. Students will have the ability to indicate whether they would like CWRU to consider their standardized test scores when completing the CWRU Questbridge Supplement. If you choose to apply with standardized test scores: Self-reported scores are accepted for students applying through the Questbridge National College Match. Official SAT or ACT score reports will be required for admitted students prior to enrollment at CWRU. |

Early Decision |
Finalists who ranked CWRU for the Match and did not match to a binding college partner may be considered for Early Decision or Early Decision 2. Note that ED and ED2 are binding admission processes. Applicants must complete the Early Decision Agreement, which will be provided within your CWRU applicant portal. You are encouraged to review CWRU’s Early Decision policy and contact us by email with any questions. |
Regular Decision |
All Finalists who ranked CWRU for the Match but did not match to a binding college will automatically have their applications moved into the Regular Decision process. Please submit the midyear report when available and any relevant updates. If you no longer wish to be considered, you must withdraw your application through the applicant portal or by contacting CWRU admission by email. |
Regular Decision Requirements:
Step 1: Select Case Western Reserve on the QuestBridge Regular Decision Form on your Application Management page between November 3 - December 10. Only check the box if you fully intend to submit a complete application to Case Western Reserve (including all of the materials detailed in the table below).
Step 2: Activate your Case Western Reserve Applicant Portal. QuestBridge will send Finalists’ applications to Case Western Reserve on December 13 and Case Western Reserve may need a couple days to import them into their system. Use the Case Western Reserve applicant portal, sent to you via email, to track the status of your materials you submit to Case Western Reserve.
Step 3: Submit all additional required admission and financial materials by the applicable deadlines directly to CWRU as detailed in the table below.
