QuestBridge Scholars Network at Williams

The Williams College QSN Chapter provides a welcoming and supportive community for its members. QuestBridge Scholars can engage in chapter activities, apply for leadership positions, and participate in opportunities offered nationwide through QuestBridge, including access to QuestBridge Alumni Association resources.

Founded in 2004, the Williams QSN Chapter strives to create a space of support for low-income students on-campus. In past years, the chapter has collaborated with the Center for Career Exploration to offer workshops on job and internship opportunities, and projects through the college's Center for Learning in Action.

Dedicated to building a strong social network, the Williams QSN Chapter has offered a mentorship program and has hosted a variety of fun social events, including QuestGiving (Thanksgiving celebration), a welcome event, a senior celebration, weekly chapter dinners, and Quest Storytime, during which Scholars discuss shared experiences as low-income students. In addition to group activities, there are always opportunities for underclassmen to get involved in chapter leadership and initiatives. Each year, newly appointed chapter leaders and Executive Board members work together to plan new programming to ensure chapter members feel welcomed and engaged.
