Introduction to Mendoza

Located adjacent to South Bend, Indiana, with close access to major cities across the Midwest, the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business seeks to Grow the Good in Business™ to improve the human condition in an ever-changing society.

The Mendoza MBA curriculum provides students with a robust toolkit necessary to tackle the challenges of today’s complex business world. Each of the four semesters consists of two seven-week modules, giving students the flexibility to structure their experiences across five majors and 13 minors. Students have access to a range of experiential learning opportunities such as Mod Away in San Francisco and Chile, the Meyer Business on the Frontlines Program, and Grow Irish Week, weeklong programming for students to gain technical skills through project-based learning and hands-on consulting projects with real clients.

The Notre Dame MBA Association, along with the school's 13 student clubs, organizes networking opportunities, career trips, and many more events to foster an immersive MBA experience. The newly formed First Generation MBA Club offers financial wellness coaching and comprehensive support to the incoming first-generation students.

Mendoza's Graduate Business Career Development team helps students leverage their skills, values and experiences to forge a meaningful career. All students receive personalized 1:1 coaching from a dedicated career coach with industry expertise, providing tailored guidance for their MBA career journey. In addition, students have access to an array of employer engagement opportunities, career treks, and a robust alumni network ranked #4 globally.
