Midyear Report Requirements

Learn how to complete midyear report requirements for each QuestBridge college partner.

A midyear report is a form sent to colleges that includes all of the student's official grades from the current school year as of the form's due date. This report shows admissions representatives a student's academic performance after submitting their application, adding more context to an academic profile. Counselors should submit the midyear report directly to the school(s) to which the student is applying to.

Most QuestBridge college partners require the QuestBridge Midyear Report, while other schools require the midyear report to be submitted through other platforms or applications. Students: If the schools you are applying to require the QuestBridge Midyear Report, complete the steps in the QuestBridge Midyear Report before sharing the form and this webpage of instructions with your counselor.

Important reminders for counselors:

  • The midyear report must be submitted to each college directly following their instructions below. Do not submit any midyear reports to QuestBridge.
  • Choose only one of the available submission methods listed for each college partner.
  • For colleges that require the QuestBridge Midyear Report, do not include the cover sheet when submitting.

Review the table below to confirm each QuestBridge college partner's midyear report instructions.

If you have a question about a particular school's requirements that is not answered below, please contact the school's admissions office directly
