The 2019 National College Admissions Conference at the University of Pennsylvania will take place all day on Saturday, June 15, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Conference registration and breakfast will begin at 8:00 a.m. at the Hutchinson Gymnasium, 219 South 33rd Street.

Parking is available at the 34 Chestnut Garage, located at 3335 Chestnut Street, and at the Penn Museum Garage, located at 1 Convention Avenue. Download walking directions from the parking lot to registration.

By Car

By Air

The Philadelphia International Airport is located approximately 20 minutes from the University of Pennsylvania's campus. Cars, taxis, and ride-share services can be accessed at the airport. In addition, SEPTA — Philadelphia's mass transit system  — offers the Airport Express Train, R1, which leaves every half-hour, and will take you either to the University City Station on Convention Avenue or to 30th Street Station in about 18 minutes. View fares and schedules.

By Public Transportation

The University of Pennsylvania can be accessed via SEPTA — Philadelphia's mass transit system. SEPTA operates a coordinated system of bus, subway, train, and trolley lines that cover all of Philadelphia and parts of the surrounding counties. View fares and schedules.

Expenses

There is no cost for the conference programming, and a light breakfast and lunch will be provided on the day of the conference. However, attendees will need to pay for their own travel, overnight accommodation (if necessary), food, and other related expenses.

Special Assistance

If you have any special needs and will require special assistance (such as wheelchair accessibility or sign language translation), please email us as far in advance as possible, but no later than 2 weeks prior to the conference. Please note that we will provide vegetarian lunch options (you do not have to request this ahead of time), but are unable to accommodate other dietary restrictions. You are welcome to bring your own food or purchase other options at local eateries around campus.
