The 2019 National College Admissions Conference at Vanderbilt University will take place all day on Saturday, May 18, in Nashville, Tennessee. Conference registration and breakfast will begin at 8:00 a.m. at the Student Life Center (SLC), located at 310 25th Ave S.

Vanderbilt is located a mile and a half southwest of downtown Nashville and is approximately 4 hours from Atlanta, 3 hours from Birmingham, 2-1/2 hours from Knoxville, 3 hours from Louisville, and 3 hours from Memphis.
Vanderbilt is located near Nashville International Airport (BNA). Please allow approximately thirty minutes driving time from the airport to campus.
Public transportation is very limited in Nashville. We recommend that you rent a car or use ride-share services. Bus schedules/routes can be obtained on the Nashville MTA website. Buses normally run every 20-25 minutes on weekdays from 5:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., and every hour on Saturday and Sunday from 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

There is no cost for the conference programming, and a light breakfast and lunch will be provided on the day of the conference. However, attendees will need to pay for their own travel, overnight accommodation (if necessary), food, and other related expenses.
If you have any special needs and will require special assistance (such as wheelchair accessibility or sign language translation), please email us as far in advance as possible, but no later than 2 weeks prior to the conference. Please note that we will provide vegetarian lunch options (you do not have to request this ahead of time), but are unable to accommodate other dietary restrictions. You are welcome to bring your own food or purchase other options at local eateries around campus.
